The hotel was in a central setting in a very quiet neighbourhood. Moreover, it's near to an Indian restaurant, a quiet suburb, and Tokyo Metro and JR rail stations. The room was neat and new-fashioned, had enough facilities and coffee.

Some people working there were really bad.

The air purifier in the room helped with air circulation, particularly useful in the humid conditions. It's located close to multiple subway stations, allowing easy travel around Tokyo. I appreciated the presence of convenience stores nearby for snacks and essentials. I found the air conditioning less effective. It struggled to keep the room cool, necessitating a trick of leaving the key card in the slot. Breakfast options could improve, particularly for those preferring Western-style meals. The language barrier with the staff made communication tricky at times, though they were polite and genuinely tried to be helpful.

Located walking distance to a bus stop. An a twin bed was a bonus. Good home base for a city trip in Tokyo! Private parking on site was provided:)))

The room was modern and clean. It had everything I needed, including a kettle and fridge. The location was great, just a short walk to a subway station. There's a 7-Eleven close by for snacks. I had a comfortable stay overall 😊

The single rooms are snug, with limited space for luggage. The smoking room is heavily saturated with smoke, so if you can't handle that, it'd be best to steer clear. There's a noticeable lack of English menus in nearby restaurants, which can be a hassle if you're not keen on adventurous dining. The proximity to Kojimachi station comes with a series of stairs that could be a challenge when hauling luggage around.

Loved the clean room with a decent air purifier and local convenience stores nearby for snacks. The subway stations were super close , made exploring easy!
